Two front teeth...

So, Lexi lost both of her top two front teeth two weeks ago!! They had been "wiggly" for quite some time. Finally, the first one came out at school after she bit into an apple. She was really excited when she came home because everyone at school was making such a big deal about it!! After that one came out, the other one was just sort of hanging there, it looked pretty awful LOL!! Then one day she came home from school crying that it was hurting her and we finally convinced her to let Daddy pull it out :o). She didn't even cry! Of course, she did get ice cream after that so that may be why she was such a good sport about it. At Lexi's school, when you loose a tooth, you get to stand up at calendar time and tell everyone about it. They also put your name and the date you lost the tooth up on a tooth that is next to the calendar! Because she lost her only other two teeth during the summer last year, she has waited all year to get her name on that tooth! Finally, just before the school year is over, she got her name on there twice! She looks so cute with her missing teeth, and she has developed a little lisp too!!
