In the beginning of March, Lexi tried out for two select soccer teams, the Orangevale U10 team and the Fair Oaks U10 team. It was two weekends in a row (both Sat and Sun) at 2 hours each tryout. So since we went to two different tryouts each day, it was 4 hours a day for us! And for most of the time, the weather was awful!! It was so worth it though, because she actually made both teams!! We of course chose Fair Oaks though because it is closer, and because 2 of the girls on the team go to her school. It's pretty awesome though, because Lexi is only 8, and the youngest girl on her team!! So proud of her for all of her hard work!! Here she is in between tryouts and already muddy... (she said, "take a picture of me with my mud and soda") Lol because she NEVER gets soda!!!
